We do have a pond on the Newlands Estate in Measham, the life preserver is vandalised for 300 days a year, this is a picture of it last week before it went missing, do we imagine Health and Safety will allow Measham to have a 1km open cut surrounded by housing?
If the developer has enough money to grease progress through planning, Health and Safety will not get a look in! That's life!
